An audience of VIPs, diplomats, press and upscale store buyers is expected will be attending a series of luxury fashion shows and related exhibits at New York City’s world famous Waldorf-Astoria as well as the trendy West Side Loft and La Prima Donna restaurant. The events are all part of this season’s Couture Fashion Week, September 6-10, 2006, which will showcase the latest creations by designers from such diverse and distant lands as Australia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Swaziland, Colombia, South Africa, Portugal, Austria, Dominican Republic, the Bahamas and the USA. Fashion show producer Andres Aquino continues his quest to scout the world to bring some of the most creative and innovative designers to New York.
