Line the inside top rim of the eyes with a waterproof black kohl pencil, then spread a cream shadow in a shimmery pink or taupe on the lids and under the lower lashes to create a luminous base. Rim the eyes, top and bottom, with a creamy plum pencil, smudge, and then set with a matching powder. A touch of electric-blue liner in the inner corners makes the eyes pop. Finally, ink up the lashes with two coats of mascara, choose a neutral but luminous tint for the lips and you're ready to jam!
