Subject: If you want to lose your weight
Comment: Drinking more water seems to help eliminate the excessive fluid retention that would cause such fluctuations. I found that merely losing weight reduced considerably those fluctuations, it would appear that, the heavier you are, the more water you can retain, at least it in my experience. However, water doesn't have to be plain, in fact tea, coffee and lemon juice have a diuretic effect
