| Description |
Tunisian crochet, also called Afghan crochet, is worked in two passes. The Forward Pass (FP) is worked from right to left, picking up loops onto the hook. The loops are removed during the Return Row (RR), which is worked from left to right. Both passes together equal one complete row. For all of our Tunisian-style crochet patterns, we have chosen to separate the FP and RR for the sake of clarity, whereas other designers combine both. Also, in typical Tunisian crochet, the work is not turned, making the side you see the correct side.
